A vision for diversity and inclusivity

For more than 20 years, Michael Kennedy has been a dynamic supporter of Carolina, turning his passion for the University into stellar volunteer leadership and organization around diversity initiatives.

During the Bicentennial Campaign for Carolina, he stepped forward as a regional volunteer, and since, has been counted on for his vision and skill in guiding new projects. He has helped to increase diversity membership on boards across campus, created the Carolina American Indian Center and established the Alumni Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, which he has chaired.

Kennedy is a member of the Campaign Steering Committee for the Campaign for Carolina.
